Please email us at customercare@uno.london to let us know if you wish to customize one of our existing designs or create an entirely bespoke piece. Include as many details as possible, such as size, material preferences, and any inspiration photos or links. Additionally, please provide your budget. We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm whether we can collaborate on your design and to offer our feedback.

We will create initial sketches of the proposed design and present these concepts to you for feedback and further refinement. You will be closely involved throughout this process and the designs may evolve through involve several iterations before the final design is reached. 

Once the design is finalized, we create detailed 3D renderings and computer-aided design (CAD) models. These models provide a precise visual representation of the final piece. You will have the opportunity to review the 3D renderings and make any final adjustments before production begins.

As your piece is fabricated, we will provide regular updates to keep you informed of its progress. You'll receive email notifications, so you're always in the loop as your vision becomes reality. The production process typically takes about 4 weeks.
