Refund policy
Buyers must return item within 14 days of delivery and responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, a 30% deduction of the item’s price will be applied to cover recycling and craftsmanship costs.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. This includes the jewelry box, pouch, and cleaning cloth, if provided. Missing accessories such as the jewelry box, pouch, or cleaning cloth will result in an additional £5 deduction.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@uno.london. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any costs associated with returning your order unless the item is faulty.
Damages and issues
Custom-made jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty. This includes bracelets and necklaces with customisable length options, which are considered bespoke orders. We strongly recommend that customers carefully confirm their size requirements before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit. If you insist with an exchange or refund for a customised piece, a fee equivalent to 30% of the product price will apply to cover craftsmanship and recycling costs.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are defective.
