All UK orders include local duties and taxes. Delivery to locations outside of the UK is not inclusive of additional fees, so please check with your local authority before ordering. 

Most of our jewellery is made to order in your desired material and colour, so our standard processing time is approximately 2-4 weeks. We strive to ship your jewellery as soon as possible.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment. The item must arrive in its original condition.

Custom-made jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty. Please note that bracelets and necklaces with different length options are also considered custom orders and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty. We encourage customers to double-check their size requirements before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We exclusively sell solid gold jewellery and guarantee its authenticity. All our pieces are stamped.

Yes! Our designs use freshwater pearls or akoya pearls that have been hand harvested, and sustainably sourced earth-mined natural diamonds.

All of the diamond pieces utilises natural diamonds. If you are interested in creating a piece using lab-grown diamonds, please email our customer service team at customercare@uno.london . We can usually create a custom piece for you based on your specific request.

It is generally not recommended to sleep with jewellery on. Wearing jewellery while sleeping can be uncomfortable and may disrupt your sleep.Jewellery can get caught on bedding or hair, leading to potential damage or breakage.

You can perfectly shower with our jewellery as long as the design not include gemstones or pearls.

Shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and soaps contain chemicals that can discolor, dull, and deteriorate certain gemstones. The settings holding gemstones in place can be loosened by exposure to water and soap. This increases the risk of gemstones falling out and being lost.

Pearls are organic gems composed of calcium carbonate, which is sensitive to moisture. Water can weaken the outer layer of the pearl, causing it to become dull and lose its luster over time.

We don’t recommend wearing our jewellery when swimming in a pool or the sea, as the salt and chlorine can damage both solid gold, gemstones and pearls.
