Shipping policy

Processing time
Most of our jewellery is made to order in your chosen material and colour. Our standard processing time before dispatch is approximately 2–4 weeks.

UK delivery
Royal Mail Tracked: free on all orders; estimated delivery is 2–3 working days once dispatched.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £7.50; estimated delivery is the next working day once dispatched.

Rest of world delivery
Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed: £20; estimated delivery is 7–14 working days once dispatched.

Duties and taxes
All UK orders include local duties and taxes. Orders delivered outside the UK do not include local import duties, taxes or other charges. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and sales taxes charged by their local authority.
