STEP 1: Use a ruler to select the appropriate pendant size. If you need a diamond, birthstone, or chain, please add those to your shopping cart and complete the purchase. If you desire any sizes not listed, please email us at customercare@uno.london for a price quote. 

STEP 2: After making your payment, please email us at customercare@uno.london with all the details you'd like engraved on the front and back of the pendant. This could include your baby’s actual footprint or handprint, a family photo, date of birth, any specific wording, etc. Providing a sketch will help us understand the exact placement of the engravings and ensure your pendant is personalized perfectly to your wishes.

STEP 3: Within three working days, we'll provide you with a mock-up for your review. You can request revisions to the design until you are completely satisfied.

STEP 4: Once we agree on the final design, we will send it off for production, which may take up to four weeks. Please note that no further changes to the design can be made during this process. If you insist on making changes, a 30% fee of the pendant's price will be charged to cover the cost of recycling the existing pendant and the craftsmanship involved.
