At Uno, all our jewelry is made from solid gold.

 ▪Solid gold jewellery is made entirely of gold, without any other metals mixed in as a core or coating. It is crafted from an alloy where gold is the primary metal, combined with other metals to increase its strength and durability.

 ▪ Solid gold is an alloy of pure gold and other metals, such as silver, copper, or nickel. The solid gold carat (K) is a measure of the purity of solid gold jewellery. The higher the carat, the purer the solid gold. Depending on another metal added to the alloy, gold can become rose or white gold.

 ▪ Most of our jewellery is crafted in either 14K or 18K solid gold that contains 58.5% and 75% pure gold respectively. All our jewellery are stamped which indicates its purity. Common stamp include numbers like Au585 (14K) and Au750 (18K).

 All UK orders include local duties and taxes. Delivery to locations outside of the UK is not inclusive of additional fees, so please check with your local authority before ordering. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties and sales taxes.

 Returns 

 Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment. Item must arrive in its original condition.

 Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless it is faulty. Please note that bracelets and necklaces with varying length options are also considered custom orders and are, therefore, non-refundable unless defective. We strongly encourage customers to double-check their size requirements before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

 Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

▪ To clean solid gold jewellery, use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners, as they can damage the gold. Gently rub the jewellery with the cloth until it is clean. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Store solid gold jewellery in a cool, dry place.

 ▪ Store jewellery seperately so that pieces do not tangle, rub or scratch against each other. 

 ▪ It is strongly recommendated to keep the jewellery dry at all time and always remove your jewellery when applying scent, lotions and potions.

 ▪ Ensure that you rinse off any chemicals that come into contact with your jewellery straight away to avoid build up which can make cleaning difficult.
