To clean solid gold jewellery, use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners, as they can damage the gold. Gently rub the jewellery with the cloth until it is clean. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Store solid gold jewellery in a cool, dry place.

Store jewellery seperately so that pieces do not tangle, rub or scratch against each other. 

It is strongly recommendated to keep the jewellery dry at all time and always remove your jewellery when applying scent, lotions and potions.

Ensure that you rinse off any chemicals that come into contact with your jewellery straight away to avoid build up which can make cleaning difficult.

We produce solid gold jewellery only. 

• Solid gold jewellery is the type of jewellery made of the mix of metals with pure gold, not metal that is covered then with gold. Solid gold is popular because it looks shiny, new for longer, and is a perfect gift. It does not get dull or old like the plated one.

  Solid gold is an alloy of pure gold and other metals, such as silver, copper, or nickel. The solid gold carat (K) is a measure of the purity of solid gold jewellery. The higher the carat, the purer the solid gold. Depending on another metal added to the alloy, gold can become rose or white gold.

• We offer genuine 9K, 10K, 14K or 18K Solid Gold jewellery that contains 37.5%, 41.7%, 58.5% and 75% real gold respectively. All our jewellery are hallmarked Au375/Au417/Au585/Au750. They are almost life time lasting, 14K gold or greater will see very little tarnishing if any at all.

Returns 

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment. Item must arrive in its original condition.

Custom made jewellery are non refundable unless faulty. Please note that bracelets and necklaces with different length options are also considered as custom orders, and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty. We encourage customers to double-check their size requirements before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We offer the option to customize our certain jewellery pieces with a variety of material options, including yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold in 14K or 18K.  Please feel free to contact us if required.
